1920’s “Flapper” inspired music video for Irish dance troupe “Irish Mystique.”
This music video was shot in three locations throughout Richmond Virginia and the Hampton Roads area over the course of one day’s shooting. Douglas Bischoff led our production team of Frank Vaughan, Rinny Wilson, and Jason Hock, making extensive use of DJI’s Ronin 3-axis gimbal mounted on the end of a 12 foot jib to create a remote-head crane for spectacular shots! The fantastic dance choreography, costume work, and locations made this an artistic masterwork.
The video was shot using Blackmagic Design’s Cinema Camera (BMCC) in 2.5k RAW mode. The lenses used were a selection of Leica primes. The color grade was done in DaVinci Resolve.
